Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience in a medical setting.
• At least 1 year of medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, and translation services as needed.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
