Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and guests; determine purpose and direct to the right location.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
• Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distribute them.
• Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Perform basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Report any complaints to immediate supervisor.
