Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients.

• Assist patients with completing paperwork.
• Scan, update and file medical records.
• Answer calls and customer questions promptly.
• Process insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Handle cash and co-payments.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Inform site manager of wait times and patient inquiries.
