Job summary

Allegro Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and families. This full-time role involves four 10-hour shifts across Eastside Clinics, with coverage across Issaquah and Redmond areas.

You will schedule appointments, verify demographics, collect co-pays, and support front and back office tasks while adhering to HIPAA and clinic policies. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong multitasking abilities, and

Qualifications

• Must have previous customer service experience.
• Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal/people skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments using current Practice Management system.
• When in clinic, verify demographics and check patients in/out using the Practice Management system.
• Troubleshoot issues with appointments or general account questions.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures involving scheduling to assist families.
• Verify and scan patient insurance, and Consent for Care, Financial Responsibility and HIPAA form.
• Collect co-pays and post on accounts.
• Work in Allegro’s clinics as needed to provide coverage.
• Maintain knowledge of office equipment and processes.
