Job summary

Allegro Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations. You will verify demographics, process registrations, and handle co-pays with a patient‑focused approach.

This full-time role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel to different Eastside clinics. Candidates must pass background checks and vaccine requirements.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or higher required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software programs.
• Able to travel to all Allegro clinics as staffing needs change.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug testing required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments using the Practice Management system.
• Verify demographics and check patients in/out in clinic.
• Troubleshoot appointment or account questions.
• Verify and scan patient insurance and required forms.
• Collect co-pays and post to accounts.
• Work at multiple Allegro clinics as needed for coverage.
• Maintain knowledge of office equipment and HIPAA compliance.
• Process medical record releases and correspondence.
