Competenze

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and scheduling tools is required.

• Greet and check in patients and assist with scheduling.
