Metro Vein Centers is seeking a patient-focused Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support front desk operations in our outpatient vein care clinics. This role goes beyond a traditional receptionist, handling check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and payments while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a medical/clinical setting preferred.
• Experience in front desk operations, patient access, or scheduling is highly valued.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out patients professionally and courteously.
• Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/balances.
• Manage EMR scheduling and patient documentation.
• Support clinic flow and communication between staff and patients.
• Assist with billing inquiries and referrals as needed.
