Metro Vein Centers is looking for a patient-focused PSR to support front desk operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You’ll handle check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, and payments with professionalism and empathy.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, in a dynamic medical setting. Prior front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical front desk or outpatient clinic preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and EMR scheduling preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients at front desk.
• Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays.
• Manage EMR scheduling and patient documentation.
• Support clinic flow and interdepartmental communication.
• De-escalate patient concerns with professionalism.
