Metro Vein Centers is seeking a patient-focused PSR to support front desk operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. This role is essential to the patient experience, handling check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume medical office, communicates professionally with patients and providers, and can multitask between phones, scheduling, and in-person interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in medical front desk, healthcare scheduling or outpatient clinic workflow strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally, in person or by phone.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays or balances.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments within the EMR system.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentations in the EMR.
• Answer questions related to scheduling, billing, referrals and treatments.
• Support clinic flow and communication between providers and patients.
