Metro Vein Centers is seeking a patient-focused Patient Service Representative to support front desk operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You will manage patient check-in/out, scheduling, and insurance verification, while providing excellent service in English and Spanish where possible.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, cash collection, and effective communication with patients and providers in a busy medical office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in medical front desk or healthcare scheduling preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification, EMR scheduling, or patient registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally in person and over the phone.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays or balances.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in the EMR system.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document flows.
• Support clinic flow and communication between providers and patients.
• Address billing questions and help with referrals and appointments.
