Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or front desk is preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality customer service while following safety protocols.
• Maintains smooth flow of customers through the store.
• Answers and screens incoming calls and routes them appropriately.
• Processes and understands insurance information as needed.
• Schedules and confirms appointments and classes.
• Files patient records daily and prepares for next-day appointments.
• Monitors order status and notifies customers of delays.
• Keeps reception area tidy and stocked.
