Job summary

Valley Health System in Paramus, NJ is seeking a friendly front desk professional to support the Practice and staff with patient registration, billing, insurance coordination and safe visit protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma, with associates preferred, at least one year of customer service experience, and solid computer skills; EMR experience is a plus. You will work with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient operations and compassionate patient interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service/administrative experience; strong computer literacy required.
• EMR experience preferred; ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties including patient registration.
• Handle billing and insurance processing.
• Follow safe visit protocols as directed by Practice Manager.
