Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a health care office setting with scheduling and authorizations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills in Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates referrals and screening of patients for admission consideration.
• Provides clerical support to the director and schedules meetings.
• Communicates updates to external case managers to ensure service utilization.
• Enters demographic and insurance data into scheduling systems accurately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
