Job summary

Pediatric Home Service in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will handle DME tasks, verify and create delivery tickets, and coordinate with families and staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Durable medical equipment (DME) intake/admissions experience preferred.
• Experience with Brightree EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates and confirms delivery tickets for Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Creates IV Delivery Tickets as applicable.
• Assists internal and external customers and staff through the Customer Service help desk, phone calls, email or face to face encounters.
• Serves as the Patient Services Coordinator of the Day (COD) when applicable.
• Maintains database of physician orders.
• Updates patient account information and processes to-dos.
