You will work as needed in a fast-paced environment, handle cash payments, operate EPIC and related tools, and coordinate with Financial Advocates when needed. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service and accurate data entry.

• Explain financial responsibilities and refer to Financial Advocates as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Provide directions, arrange transportation, and assist with interpreter services.
