Job summary

Bon Secours Piedmont Orthopaedics in Greenville is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, verify demographics, assist with scheduling, and explain financial options. You will handle admissions paperwork, insurance verification, and patient payments, while maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding customer service across locations as needed.

Experience in healthcare registration is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and practice.
• Greet patients and provide courteous, professional service.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information into scheduling system.
• Verify demographics and insurance information during registration.
• Process admissions paperwork and review RX benefits per protocol.
• Handle patient payments and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Assist with referrals and follow-up scheduling.
