Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, collect copays, and manage patient check-in/out.
• Verify and update demographics and insurance information; scan into EMR.
• Respond to inquiries about benefits, balances, and authorizations.
• Manage provider calendars and referrals; support scheduling of new and follow-up patients.
• Answer calls and triage messages; notify staff of arrivals and schedule changes.
