Ohio State University Physicians (OSUP) is seeking a Patient Services Associate to coordinate and deliver essential front-desk and patient support services. You will greet patients, manage calls and messages, assist with scheduling, and handle payments with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to serve diverse patient needs.

Qualifications
