Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Answer inbound calls, assist with patient registration, and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Monitor call flow and support daily call center operations; share clinic updates with patients.
• Act as a resource to patients, promoting AltaMed services and preventive health initiatives.
