You will answer calls, assist with patient registration, verify demographics and insurance, and route inquiries to the right departments. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with a high school diploma and at least one year in a call center or customer service setting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service for scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient registration.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and route calls to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor patient call flow and assist with appointment confirmations.
• Provide accurate information about AltaMed services and promote preventive health initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through teamwork and adherence to policies.
