Job summary

CCI Health Services is seeking a Patient Representative to greet patients and visitors in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate Health Center personnel. The Patient Representative will assure that the provision of high-quality; cost-efficient, culturally sensitive services complies with all Federal, State, and Local agency policies and procedures.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, with an AA or BS degree preferred, and at least one year of relevant work

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; AA or BS preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in a medical setting or commensurate experience.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Direct them to the appropriate Health Center personnel.
• Ensure provision of high-quality, cost-efficient, culturally sensitive services in compliance with policies.
