Job summary

CCI Health Services is seeking a Patient Representative in Gaithersburg, MD to greet patients and visitors in person and by phone and direct them to the appropriate Health Center personnel. The role supports high-quality, cost-efficient, culturally sensitive services in compliance with federal, state, and local policies.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma (AA or BS preferred), at least one year of relevant experience (medical setting preferred), and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; an AA or BS degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person and over the phone and direct them to the appropriate Health Center personnel.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient and culturally sensitive services in compliance with policies and procedures.
