Job summary

Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO) seeks a dependable Patient Services Coordinator for its Naperville and Joliet clinics. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, scheduling, registering, verifying insurance and supporting clinicians.

Two-location role requires professional communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare setting. Workdays are Monday–Friday in a fast-paced front-office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data-entry systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with check-in.
• Answer phones and respond to questions professionally.
• Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments.
• Enter demographics and verify insurance information.
• Coordinate patient flow and keep clinicians on schedule.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with routine billing.
• Provide front-office support at both Naperville and Joliet clinics.
• Communicate with referral sources and internal departments.
