Job summary

Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator in Illinois to create a welcoming patient experience and support clinicians and administrative processes that keep clinics operating smoothly.

This full‑time role, primarily Monday–Friday day shifts, offers health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, an employee assistance program and opportunities for professional development and growth within a stable healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• At least one year of front-desk, administrative or patient-service experience.
• Experience in a medical outpatient setting.
• Experience with patient scheduling, registration or insurance verification.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Job description

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of front-desk, administrative or patient-service experience
• Experience in a medical, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic or other outpatient setting
• Experience with patient scheduling, registration or insurance verification
• Familiarity with electronic health record or patient-management systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong experience in scheduling, administration, reception or high-volume customer service are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay of $19.00 per hour
• Increase to $20.00 per hour after successfully completing 90 days of employment
• Full-time, Monday-Friday day-shift schedule
