Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with providers.
• Manage flow of information to physicians, nursing staff, therapists and clerical staff to maintain operations.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for appointments and procedures, including prior authorizations.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information in the account system.
