Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a smooth, friendly visit experience. You will greet patients, collect payments, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior healthcare or customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
