Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle telephones and patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and assist with check-in.
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations and pre-certifications.
• Post charges and assist with billing and medical records.
• Support workers' compensation, commercial carriers, employee health and corporate accounts as needed.
