Job summary

Talentify is seeking an on-site Medical Administrative Assistant in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will record patient demographics, insurance information, charges and collections, and schedule appointments in EPIC/EMR.

Work across Novant Health General Surgery and Bariatrics locations, onsite Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30, with scrubs or business attire.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• EPIC experience required.
• OnBase experience heavily preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be computer savvy.

Responsibilities

• Record patient demographics, insurance information, charges and collections.
• Schedule patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner.

• Bariatric surgery in our Novant Health General Surgery and Bariatrics
• 1280 Hospital Drive Suite 302, Mount Pleasant office.
• The satellite offices will be with the Bariatric Surgeon once a month at the following locations below;

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for timely and accurate recording of patient demographics, insurance information, patient charges and collections. Scheduling patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner. Working through EPIC/EMR systems
