The US Oncology Network is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time position will support our Longview clinic at 1300 North 4th Street. Typical work hours are Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. There is possible travel to Marshall, TX on occasion.
This position can be either a level 1, 2 or Sr based on relevant work experience.

The Patient Service Coordinator professionally greets and welcomes patients and their friends/family. Registers and schedules appointments efficiently. Answers, screens, and directs all incoming calls, relaying messages between patients and clinical staff. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology’s Shared Values.

The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:
Requires sitting, using hands, occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Vision and hearing should be corrected to normal ranges.
