North American Dental Sleep Management is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Services Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients calling Sleep Better Austin and Frontier Sleep & Wellness.
In this role, you'll be the voice of our practices—answering inbound calls, assisting patients with questions, routing calls to the appropriate team members, and helping ensure every patient receives a positive experience from their very first interaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound calls across multiple practice locations.
Answer calls promptly, professionally, and with a warm, patient-focused approach.
Identify each caller's needs and efficiently route calls to the appropriate provider, department, or office.
Resolve general questions regarding office locations, hours, directions, appointment information, and practice services.
Take complete, accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up when direct transfers are unavailable.
Recognize urgent or clinical calls and elevate them according to established protocols.
Support scheduling and other administrative functions during lower call-volume periods.
Monitor call flow and identify recurring routing or communication issues.
Communicate trends or operational concerns to the Administrative Lead to improve the patient experience.
Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Create a welcoming and professional first impression for every patient.
Deliver compassionate, courteous, and efficient service with every interaction.
Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
Collaborate with teammates across multiple practice locations to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
