First Choice Community Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative I to greet patients, register visits, and handle payments in a fast-paced health center in Albuquerque. You will work under supervision and support patient flow and data accuracy.

The role requires basic data entry, reception skills, and responsiveness to patients and visitors, with a preference for bilingual English/Spanish speakers. This is a non-exempt, full-time position in Health Center Operations.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months related experience or training required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors as they enter the health center.
• Register new and returning patients and update records.
• Collect payments/visit deposits and manage cash responsibly.
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff or offices.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Pull and file medical charts when needed.
