Qualifications

• Typing or data entry at 40 wpm is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet, instruct and schedule patients; register them and verify insurance.
• Check-in patients, update demographics, assist with ambulatory needs and collect payments.
• Register new patients and verify addresses, phone numbers and insurance information; travel to satellite locations.
• Answer calls, screen messages, and manage multiple scheduling portals from EMR systems.
• Maintain neat front and reception areas and support clinic operations.
