• Coordinates office policies and procedures as they relate to clinic operations.
• Answers phones and directs messages to maintain workflow.
• Seeks help from appropriate sources when needed.
• Complies with organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
• Calls patients to obtain payment or set up financial arrangements for scheduled exams.
• Schedules appointments and enters demographic and insurance information into the practice management system.
• Maintains organized work environment and protects confidentiality.
• Coordinates resources to input accurate data and collect fees at time of service.
