Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and provides information to create a caring, yet efficient atmosphere.
• Maintains health records according to established procedures and enters data into the EHR.
• Schedules patient appointments and confirms demographic information; handles rescheduling and reminders.
• Operates the telephone and paging system and handles collections calls as required.
