Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor SharePoint for clinic updates and communicate changes.
• Assist with reporting and evaluation of patient service center flow.
• Train new hires and provide guidance to staff.
• Answer incoming calls for all medical/dental offices and act as liaison with the call center.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
• Assist with patient registration and appointment confirmations.
