Job summary

Derry Imaging Center in Windham, NH, is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our fast-paced call center. This full-time, 40-hour/week role supports patients and referring physicians with top-tier service.

Responsibilities include answering calls, registering patients, and scheduling appointments within a collaborative team. The position operates 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility expected to handle a busy environment and HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in a medical office required.
• Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge required.
• Radiology scheduling experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and accuracy in data entry.
