• On-site position in Pittsburgh, PA; inbound/outbound calls and email support.
• Ability to document information accurately and coordinate with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on products, services, billing, and accounts.
• Investigate and resolve complaints with appropriate solutions and refunds as needed.
• Contact customers with updates and outcomes of investigations or adjustments.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the proper department for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
• Enter and update customer information in databases and CS systems.
