A-Line Staffing is hiring a Call Center Patient Services Specialist to support a Fortune 500 company in Pittsburgh. This full-time onsite role focuses on guiding patients through the financial aspects of care, including benefits investigations and financial assistance enrollment.

The position requires a HS diploma, 6–12 months of customer service experience, and familiarity with medical terminology. Shifts run 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, onsite at 120 Enterprise Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15275.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of customer service or call center experience.
• Familiarity with medical or pharmacy terminology.
• Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh and pass drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Manage the patient’s financial journey, including benefits investigations and enrollment in financial assistance.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications with patients, prescribers, and providers to clarify medical and pharmacy coverage and related inquiries.
• Resolve complex insurance rejections by coordinating follow-up with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance payors.
• Manage the authorization process, including prior authorizations, appeals, and medical tier exceptions.
• Initiate, review, submit, track, and follow up on authorization requests to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate enrollment in manufacturer‑sponsored assistance programs and other financial support resources.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and program sponsors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely processing and courteous communication throughout the patient access process.
