• Willingness to complete onboarding requirements promptly, including a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to attend the new-hire training class beginning November 16, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Investigate medical and pharmacy benefits and clarify insurance coverage.
• Assist with prior authorizations, appeals, and medical tier exceptions.
• Initiate, review, submit, track, and follow up on authorization requests.
• Resolve insurance rejections by coordinating with patients, providers, and payors.
• Help patients enroll in manufacturer-sponsored assistance programs and other financial support resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure requests are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout the patient financial process.
