Job summary

Park Nicollet, part of HealthPartners, is seeking a Service Center Representative to join the Women’s Services team in Minnesota. Qualifications

• Comfort discussing copays and payments with patients while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of incoming calls for scheduling, messaging, and patient preparation.
• Follow defined scripts and standardized processes to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Support care team across 25 clinics with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide a friendly, helpful customer service experience.
