Job summary

Park Nicollet, part of HealthPartners, is seeking a Service Center Representative to join our Women’s Services team. You’ll handle a high volume of calls—scheduling, messaging, and preparing patients for the next step with the care team—while following defined scripts to ensure timely, accurate service.

This role supports 25 clinics with over 400 clinicians, emphasizes patient confidentiality and outstanding customer service, and offers a 8:30 am–5:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking to manage multiple processes while supporting patient safety.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in processes and protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills; comfortable asking patients for copays and payments.
• Knowledge of patient confidentiality and age-related care principles.
