Job summary

River Valley Family Health Centers in Delta, CO is looking for a Call Center Professional to join our team. This full-time role ensures accuracy of patient accounts in EMR, handles calls and messages, and supports financial counseling for patients.

You will verify information, schedule appointments, transfer queries, and create new patients in the system, while maintaining confidentiality and traveling between clinics as needed. 40 hours/week, competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Bilingual skills are required.
• Ability to travel between clinics as needed.
• Written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and providing great customer service, by verifying patient information, counseling patients in financial policies, scheduling and rescheduling of appointments, etc.
• Transferring patients to the appropriate person when required to do so.
• Covering the front desk when needed, by checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays and payments for visits.
• Creating new patients in the system.
