Job summary

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with Monday–Friday shifts between 7:30 am and 8:00 pm and one rotating Saturday morning. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients for appointments, information on tests and procedures, bills and charges, referrals and other matters.
• Ensures entry at time of service of billing information and accurate follow-up on missing information.
• Upholds standards for accurate and timely medical records.
