Qualifications

• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
• Support providers, connect with patients, and ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.
• Handle patient appointments, tests, bills, referrals, and information requests.
• Maintain accurate medical records and billing information.
