Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, assist communications and recalls.
• Respond to patient inquiries about billing, procedures, policies and services.
• Prepare patient chart prior to appointment and update on arrival.
• Process payments, post charges, file clean claims, and manage referrals and data entry into EHR.
• Balance cash drawer, run daily deposits, and generate essential reports at end of day.
• Monitor patient flow and communicate delays to patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean office environment.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the office manager and physicians.
