Responsibilities

• Assist with patient duties including check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and answering phones.
• Register patients by collecting and verifying insurance information and updating records.
• Accept payments for services and post payments/charges in the system.
• Provide accurate information to patients and approved entities; respond to routine inquiries.
