Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and the community with respectful, excellent customer service.
• Schedules appointments and enters information for scheduling into the computer system.
• Verifies insurance and completes patient registration accurately.
• Calculates patient liabilities, collects payments, and reconciles cash drawer.
• Assists with referrals, follow-ups, and scheduling across locations as needed.
