• Schedule, cancel and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance via various methods and obtain authorizations.
• Process intake and insurance forms with accuracy.
• Assist billing with insurance denials and monitoring worklists.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and handle communications.
