Job summary

Quest Diagnostics seeks a data-driven professional to facilitate business process excellence in patient services. You will direct data analysis, build access databases, and support regional and national improvement initiatives.

Role includes project management, developing new processes, and coordinating with leadership to drive profitability and performance metrics across national programs. Travel may be required; benefits and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related health care field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate data collection and analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities in patient service operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop improvement plans with the patient services team.
• Provide feedback and analytical support to management and leadership.
• Develop data collection tools to monitor patient service errors and profitability.
• Collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) from internal/external customers.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and OE projects.
