Job summary

Quantum Health is hiring a Patient Service Representative in Dublin, OH. The role involves being the main contact for members, helping with benefits, claims, and provider options, and ensuring they receive the right care at the right time. You will listen, problem-solve, and guide members while identifying cost-saving opportunities and collaborating with internal teams.

This is a full-time, onsite role with potential for hybrid work after onboarding. Starting pay is $19 per hour.
